This form creates a request in our operations dashboard. We confirm availability and pickup timing on WhatsApp. Payment is on tour day (cash).
Cancellation & Reschedule
- Standard daily tours can be canceled up to 24 hours before departure.
- For late cancellation or no-show, seat hold may be released based on operator rules.
- If weather or safety checks stop the tour, we offer reschedule or full refund for any prepayment.
- Pickup windows can shift due to traffic, weather, or operational routing.
Final policy is re-shared during confirmation so there is no mismatch before tour day.
